Bushland Buddies Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
- Promoter: Kerrie Grant (trading as Kerrie Grant Art), ABN 77 324 040 697, Albury NSW. Contact: art@kerriegrant.com.
- Promotional period: The giveaway opens at 7:30pm AEDT on Friday 23 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 6 November 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
- Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible.
- How to enter: Comment on the official Bushland Buddies giveaway post on the Kerrie Grant Art Instagram account or Facebook page during the promotional period. Each eligible person may receive one entry per platform via commenting (maximum two comment entries), regardless of how many comments they make.
- Bonus entry: Eligible entrants who submit the signup form at kerriegrant.com/pages/giveaway during the promotional period, providing their Instagram handle or Facebook name, receive one additional entry. Existing subscribers may also submit the form to claim this bonus entry. The maximum number of entries per person is three.
- Optional actions: Following, liking, sharing or tagging friends is welcome but is not a condition of entry and does not earn additional entries.
- Prize: There is one (1) prize: the complete set of three limited edition Bushland Buddies fine art paper prints by Kerrie Grant: Hoppy Days (kangaroo), Sleepy Dreamer (koala) and Cheeky Beak (emu). Each print is 30 x 42 cm, unframed and rolled in a tube, valued at $170 AUD (RRP incl. GST). Total prize value: $510 AUD. Delivery within Australia is included. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Draw: One winner will be drawn at random using a random selection tool at 10:00am AEDT on Monday 9 November 2026 at the Promoter's premises in Albury NSW.
- Notification: The winner will be notified by direct message and/or email from the official Kerrie Grant Art account within two business days of the draw, and announced on Instagram and Facebook. The Promoter will never ask the winner for payment, card details or passwords. Beware of fake accounts.
- Claiming: The winner must respond with their full name and Australian postal address within 14 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will take place at 10:00am AEDT on Monday 23 November 2026 at the same location, and the new winner will be notified within two business days.
- Disqualification: The Promoter may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, made using fake or multiple accounts, automated, offensive, or otherwise in breach of these terms.
- Privacy: Personal information is collected to run this giveaway and contact the winner. Entrants who join the email list consent to receive marketing emails from Kerrie Grant Art and may unsubscribe at any time. Information is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at kerriegrant.com/policies/privacy-policy.
- Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this giveaway, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures or for entries lost or delayed.
- Meta release: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Entrants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any and all liability in connection with this promotion.
