Original

Australia

I offer free shipping Australia-wide on original artworks. I aim to ship artworks out within 7 days of purchase unless the artwork is framed then please allow up to an additional two weeks.

International

ALL ORIGINAL ARTWORKS WILL BE SHIPPED UNFRAMED AND ROLLED IN A TUBE.

Additional shipping costs may apply to some destinations. You will be advised via email should this be the case.

Please keep in mind: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes, duties or other charges incurred are your responsibility so please keep this in mind. In accordance with Australian export regulations, I am required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, I recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

*Please be aware that delivery times may take longer than normal for reasons out of my control.

Returns & Exchanges

I do my best to represent the colours correctly in artworks however colours you see on your computer screen or device may vary slightly from the actual artwork. Please contact me at art@kerriegrant.com to request an actual daylight photo of the artwork for a more realistic expectation.

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered simply for change of mind.

Returns are not available for artworks damaged during shipment.

These will be covered by shipping insurance. 

I use professional quality mediums; however all artworks are subjected to aging, you may notice colours slightly fade over the years. There are no returns for aging artwork. 

Faulty or Damaged Items

Returns are not available for artworks damaged during shipment.

These will be covered by shipping insurance. 

If your package arrives damaged in transit please don’t worry, all our freight is insured.

Here’s what to do:

Take photos of:

The external box.
The shipping label on the box.
The damage to the artwork/frame or fault in the print.

Please send all photos to me via email art@kerriegrant.com within 7 days of receiving your artwork so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Prints

We take great care to ensure that every print reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Please review the details below for information about shipping times, fulfilment locations, and costs.

Australia

All print orders within Australia are shipped free of charge.
Please allow around 3 weeks for your order to be printed, packaged, and delivered.

New Zealand & United States

We offer free shipping on all print orders to New Zealand and the United States.
Orders are fulfilled locally, and delivery usually takes around 3 weeks from the order date.

International Shipping (Outside Australia, New Zealand & USA)

For international customers, we ship prints unframed and rolled in a secure tube.

  • Shipping Fee: $85 worldwide.
  • Delivery Time: Please allow 4–5 weeks for international delivery.
  • Framed Prints: An additional AUD $500 shipping fee applies for framed prints delivered outside Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.

  • Customs & Duties:
    International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Delivery Delays:
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
